BOOKING CONDITIONS
- A completed and signed booking form is required for all bookings
- A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required at the time of booking
- Balance payment is due one calendar month prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within one month of arrival, full payment is required time of booking
- Failure to send balance payment by the due date can result in cancellation of booking without notice
- All cancellations must be in writing
- If more than one calendar months notice is given the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $100
- If less than one calendar month notice is given then all monies paid are non-refundable
- A change of dates constitutes a cancellation and rebooking and cancellation fees apply
- A credit card bond is required. The bond will be applied to all damage, breakage or loss to the property and/or furniture, furnishings, lock & key replacements. The bond will also be applied to any additional cost of cleaning the premises if they are not left in good clean order and condition upon departure. Credit card number required
- Check in is 3.00 pm, Check out is 10.00am. An additional night will be charged if premises are not vacated by 10.00am
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed when deposit paid
- Bookings are for 2 nights FRI-SUN, 5 nights SUN-FRI, 7 nights FRI-FRI or SUN-SUN
- Travel Insurance is recommended
